subject description

series of lectures is divided into parts ending with closing exercises (1 and 2). The first part contains knowledge about the structure of the investment process and legal conditions, records of spatial plans, land use, zoning decision, professional liability. After these series of lectures the first exerxises are organized. With the Decree of the Minister for infrastructure, discusses the extent to which conditions should correspond to the objects and their position in the second part, after discussing the issues of the protection against fire the student will have the opportunity to check the understanding of these issues. Both works in the form of block and text will be prepared in the classroom.

• Cognitive Goal: (planned results in the field of knowledge) Cognitive goal: getting acquainted with the legal system in the field of construction and regulations of technical requirements
• Objective trainee: (planned skills effects) The objective of these programmes: the ability to move around in the legislation (act, regulation) for the construction especially of the interior architecture.
·• A practical goal: (planned social competence) A practical goal: to teach the correct way to create design documentation in compliance with the applicable regulations
